These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Florida Electric & Solar LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our solar installation and related services.
These Terms apply to all customers, website visitors, and users of our services. By engaging our services or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
- Solar panel consultation, design, and installation services
- Energy audits and efficiency assessments
- Solar system maintenance and monitoring
- EV charging station installation
- Battery storage system installation
- Customer support and warranty services
- Provide accurate information about your property and energy needs
- Ensure safe access to installation areas
- Obtain necessary permissions from property owners or HOAs
- Comply with local building codes and regulations
- Make timely payments according to agreed terms
- Maintain clear access to solar equipment for service
- 25-year manufacturer warranty on solar panels
- 10-year warranty on inverters and electrical components
- 5-year workmanship warranty on installation
- Performance guarantees as specified in your contract
- Warranty terms are subject to manufacturer conditions
- Regular maintenance may be required to maintain warranties
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your individual service contract. Generally, we require:
- A deposit upon contract signing
- Progress payments based on project milestones
- Final payment upon system commissioning
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- We accept various payment methods including financing options
Installation Process
Our installation process includes several phases, each with specific requirements:
Site Assessment: Evaluation of your property for solar suitability
System Design: Custom design based on your energy needs
Permitting: Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals
Installation: Professional installation by certified technicians
Inspection: Final inspection and system commissioning
Activation: Connection to the electrical grid and monitoring setup
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florida Electric & Solar's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Damages caused by acts of nature or force majeure events
- Issues arising from customer modifications to the system
- Utility company policies or rate changes
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your contract within three (3) business days of signing, as required by Florida law. After this period:
Cancellation may be subject to fees for work already performed
Custom equipment orders may not be refundable
Permit fees and design costs may be non-refundable
Specific cancellation terms are outlined in your service contract
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. Our dispute resolution process includes:
Direct communication with our customer service team
Escalation to management if needed
Mediation through a neutral third party
Arbitration as a final resort, if specified in your contract
All disputes are governed by Florida state law
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, material shortages, or other force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Florida.
